Integrated Radio Notifications
In addition to providing warning messages over loudspeakers, SafetyTalk provides integration with most industrial radio manufacturers as well. Whether or not you are using Motorola TalkAbouts, generic radios, direct simplex, repeaters, or trunking systems, deliver timely, accurate, and clear messages in any supported language directly to the radios that need them.
Our proprietary hardware and software is simple to maintain and operate. It is capable of routing messages to specific radio channels, or simultaneously broadcasting the message to multiple channels.
One notable use of this capability is the engineer's headset. OPC values within the HMI may be monitored for threshold events, or in the case of adjustments needed in the field, real-time values may be transmitted to a radio or engineers headset, each time the value changes.
This frees up operators to work independently, without cumbersome field equipment.
Automated Emergency Notification
Fully automate emergency notification by setting rules based on critical values within your HMI system. Whether it is a critical pressure within a boiler tank, a fire within a dryer, or simply warning bystanders that a machine is about to start up, crisp, clear, audible notifications are simple to create and maintain with SafetyTalk.
We integrate with the portable radios currently used by your plant, as well as state of the art industrial speakers made by IMLCORP, the leader in industrial and military speaker design.

Multi Lingual Capabilities
Of course, SafteyTalk is capable of rendering pre-recorded messages on demand. But for messages that must be highly configurable, producing and maintaining recorded messages may not be the best fit.
If your plant has multi-lingual requirements, or your messages change on a daily basis, we have a solution for you. SafetyTalk contains a multi-lingual text-to-voice engine that renders real-time messages in native languages.
Choose from over 2 dozen languages, which include:

OPC Compliant HMI Integration
Regardless of the HMI software used by your organization, you will be amazed at the seamless integration of SafetyTalk. A typical installation is as simple as installing an application and in most cases can be implemented by the on-site IT staff within an hour.
Once the software is installed, the administrator simply needs to define the speaker and radio zones, then configure the rules-based off of your HMI OPC tags which are visible within SafetyTalk's Operator's Assistant user interface.
